Hudson Finance (referred to as "Hudson") is an investment banking firm specializing in advisory and corporate finance services and capital markets including research. Headquartered in Abidjan, the company was established in 1995. Hudson is one of the very few independent securities firms in the Regional Bourse.
Broadly speaking, Hudson is organized in two departments: Investment Banking and Capital Markets. These departments work closely together when clients demand a wider range of services that require different skills to solve their strategic objectives. The company provides a full range of financial services form business origination where Hudson is well introduced and works closely with both private and public companies in Côte d’Ivoire and abroad, to research activities and custody.
The capital markets department provides a full range of services including stockbroking services as well as research activities coverage of local stock exchange, bond market and economy.
