Bull and Bear broker, dealer, investment adviser AD is the youngest brokerage house in Montenegro, founded in April 2008. Team of young experts makes the company very flexible, but many years of previous experience in the capital market gives them a competitive edge when decisions have to be made. Within a couple of months of started Bull and Bear were in top 5 brokerage houses in Montenegro (out of over 30 at the time), and have stayed there since. Last month Bull and Bear was the biggest brokerage house in Montenegro, accounting for over 20% of total turnover and transactions.
In Montenegro, Bull and Bear is recognized as market improvers and is the only brokerage house working with Securities Commission of Montenegro on regulations and implementation of margin trading, which is soon to be available in Montenegro. Bull and Bear are also one of the founders of the Private investors association, whose main goal is to protect the rights of small investors on Montenegrin capital market.
The company is the only one to this day to standardize client reporting, to have a website with live market data, most recent reports, news, graphs, historical data, online portfolio monitoring with real-time market data and changes for its clients. Bull and Bear is the only one able to offer this kind of monitoring because of team of IT experts with who constantly work on technical and methodology improvements, and more thorough reporting. With new trading systems being developed by the Montenegrin stock exchange Bull and Bear will be able to provide almost all trading data to its clients. The company is eagerly awaiting the system, new data and their infrastructure’s improvements.
