Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd (“RF”) was set up in September 1991 and is a founder member of the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE). It holds an Investment Services License – Class 2 issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) regulating the provision of stockbroking, investment advisory and portfolio management services. The company’s legacy is intrinsically linked to the evolution of Malta’s capital markets. RF is a family-owned company and is now led by the third generation - Vincent and Edward Rizzo – who are supported a solid group of dedicated and professional team members. RF’s story is about continuity - of discipline, integrity and personal trust. In 1998, RF introduced Malta’s first dedicated stockbroking research unit - raising the standard of market insight and transparency. RF supported national privatizations, facilitated landmark IPOs, and contributed to growth of Malta’s capital market over the years. The company remains intentionally lean, selective, and client-focused - prioritizing depth of relationship over scale.
