BCEL-KT Securities Co., Ltd. (BCEL-KT), headquartered in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR., is a joint venture between the Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao Public (BCEL) and the Bangkok-based KT-Zmico Securities Co., Ltd. The company is licensed by the Lao Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 20 December 2010 to carry out four types of securities businesses, namely Financial Advisory, Underwriting, Dealing and Brokerage businesses.

BCEL-KT, one of the first securities companies in Laos, has started operating services formally on 21 December 2010. The first project to which the company has provided financial advisory & underwriting services is EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen). This project has been the first remarkable success of the company, which has shown our company’s financial profession to public domestically and internationally.

BCEL-KT presently employs more than 20 employees. Most of the staff has graduated from reputable universities and institutions abroad and some from institutions in Lao PDR.

The Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao (BCEL), the main shareholders of BCEL-KT, is one of the trustworthy commercial bank in Laos PDR which has been operating various banking services since 1975 namely deposits, loans, issuing of bank guarantees, etc. BCEL was also assigned the management of assistance grants and loans provided by foreign countries and international organizations to the Government of Lao PDR.

The Bangkok-based KT Zmico Securities Co., Ltd. has experienced in financial advisory and underwriting services more than 30 years in various industries namely banking, finance, production, insurance, telecom, electronic, mining, heavy industry, chemical industry and development & construction.
